TO SECURE AND CONFIRM

·        To securing and confirming the booking mentioned , payment in full must be made before the cut-off date.

·        Payment can be made using the credit card(VISA & Master), bank transfer or e wallet via our payment gateway link before the due date provided

·        Reservation will be AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE if the management fails to receive your payment within the due date stated

CANCELLATION POLICY

·        Reservation Confirmation: Once you make a reservation with Tuna Bay Island Resort, it is considered a confirmed booking. By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this no refund policy.

·        Non-Refundable Bookings: All bookings made are non-refundable. This means that once the reservation is made and the payment is processed, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to changes in travel plans, cancellations, or early departures.

·        Modification Policy: In case there are needs to modify your reservation, our resort will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Tuna Bay may consider allowing change of date if the request is made not less than 14 days before check in date. However, any modifications made to the booking, such as changes in dates, room type, or duration of stay, may be subject to additional charges. These charges will be communicated to you at the time of the modification.

·        Discretionary Refunds: While our policy states that no refunds will be issued, reserves the right to make exceptions or provide discretionary refunds in exceptional cases, solely at our discretion.

·        If you fail to check in on arrival date due to travelling difficulty for e.g flight delay or boat transfer problem, but still plan to continue your stay at our resort, please contact us immediately so that we can keep the room for the rest of your stay at the resort.

·        Changes or Cancellation by the Company: In the unavoidable event that your booking is cancelled by our resort, you will be given an option of full refund or postpone your stay to another date (subjected to room availability) but we shall have no further liability to you arising out of such cancellation. 

·        In the event of no-show for whatever reasons, the resort is entitled to levy a 100% no show charge of total room/package charges
