Reservation
All reservation must be made to Tuna Bay Island Resort in writing by email and confirmed by us prior to guest arrival
Due To Peak Season, Reservation For Months Of July And August Is Only Valid For Minimum Of 5 Nights And Above
Taxes
All Rate Above Are Subjected To 6% Sales & Services Tax (Sst) (Not Inclusive)
Rate Validity
Travelling Period Starting From 1st Of January 2024 Till 31th Of October 2024
Deposit/payment
- To secured booking, full payment must be made to Tuna Bay Resorts by the dateline date stated in the invoice given.
- Payment must be made through our bank account prior to arrival and email to us the banking slips for our reference
- To secured booking during super peak public holiday, full payment to be received once the booking is confirmed by the resort.
- In the events of emergency booking, full payment must be made within 3 working days
- The Resort reserved the right to cancel any booking without notice; if no payment is made, unless the agent is given a terms contract
Event Of Cancellation And No Shows
Reservation Confirmation:Once you make a reservation with Tuna Bay Island Resort, it is considered a confirmed booking. By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this no refund policy.
Non-Refundable Bookings: All bookings made are non-refundable. This means that once the reservation is made and the payment is processed, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to changes in travel plans, cancellations, or early departures.
Modification Policy: In case there are needs to modify your reservation, our resort will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. However, any modifications made to the booking, such as changes in dates, room type, or duration of stay, may be subject to additional charges. These charges will be communicated to you at the time of the modification..
Discretionary Refunds: While our policy states that no refunds will be issued, reserves the right to make exceptions or provide discretionary refunds in exceptional cases, solely at our discretion.
In the event of no-show for whatever reasons, the resort is entitled to levy a 100% no-show charge of total room/package charges
Confidentiality
- All information contain herein is private and confidential and is not to be disclosed to any third parties under any circumstances
- The management reserves the rights or anytime without giving prior notice or reason whatsoever to withdraw, add, amend, modify, revise or vary the rate, privileges or terms and conditions of the contract
Remarks
The operator accepts no liability for any losses injury, illness, accident, expense, delay or other irregularity resulting from activities the participant undertakes willingly
Booking Confirmation
Full payment is to be settled 7 days before check-in date.
Payment:
Full payment must be made at least 7 days prior to the check-in date.
In case of cancellation, please refer to our cancellation policy.

- No cancellation 7 days before
- 50% refund 10 days before
- Free cancellation 14 days before
Arrival and Departure:
Please inform us if you require an early check-in or late check-out.
Room Deposit:
Full amount will be refunded upon check out if there is no damage occurring during the whole stay.

Boat Ticket Booking :
Please confirm your arrival time at Kuala Besut Jetty at least 3 days before arrival date
Boat tickets can be collected at the Seven Seas Office Located at No. 2B, Bangunan 2 Tingkat MDB, 22300, Kuala Besut.
Responsibility:
TUNABAY RESORT shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage to your property during your stay.
Liability:
TUNABAY RESORT shall not be liable for any inconvenience, loss, damage, injury or death caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of nature, war, civil disturbance, government intervention, strikes, or failure of public utilities.
Disclaimer:
TUNABAY RESORT reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Governing Law:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia
